2020

The beginning of the year was far beyond our expectations. We started the year with the first rally in Romania in 2020, "Romania Historic Winter Rally 4eme Edition" which took place between January 10-12, which impressed us with the large number of participants and the perfect temperatures for such an event!

The next event was the "Winter Rally Covasna 2020 powered by Metalubs" in its 13th edition. The competition took place between January 31 and February 2 and managed to bring to the start impressive names such as Simone Tempestini, multiple national champion, world champion at Junior WRC 2016 and WRC2 2016 and winner of the European Tour Rally in 2016, and Fabrizia Pons, the famous woman co-driver, world runner-up in 1982 and winner of five world championship stages, four with Michèle Mouton and one with Piero Liatti.

 

Unfortunately, the pandemic that hit humanity cut the momentum we gained with the competitions at the beginning of the year and limited us from carrying out our traditional events and transforming all our projects into something concrete. However, we continued by participating in the competitions organized by Club Auto Crono, respectively in national competitions such as the National Rally Championship, the National Hard Enduro Championship, the National Time-Attack Championship and the National Coastal Speed ​​Championship. Not only that, we have started a beautiful collaboration on the media side, unofficial at the moment, with everything that Promo Rally and Promo Speed ​​Challenge mean!

 

2019

Unfortunately, the beginning of 2019 was not at all what we wanted. Despite the countless chances we offered many people to join our team, the reward came in an extremely ugly and offensive way. The so-called reward hit us hard, MotorPassion Club Covasna, which we, as the name suggests, put all our heart into what we do to help the organizers so that things go well. We are not saying that without us it would not go well, but we are aware of what we can do and the fact that we can be useful to the organizers with anything. Returning, the "reward" not only hit us hard, but created a very nasty image in front of those who knew us and those who gave us their trust. We were also taken by surprise when a former malicious and malicious member sabotaged and destroyed all our work until then (media, links and friends), by disclosing in writing , under the name of our Facebook page, all sorts of unfounded aberrations. This did not lead to an argument or a hatred between us, respectively the Auto Crono Club, but at the request of Mr. Simon Arpad, for whom we have a special respect and an impressive appreciation, we stopped collaborating until calming the wrongly created spirits, but who targeted us, those who remained at the helm of this community! Of course, Mr. Simon Arpad finally understood what happened to us and we came to the situation before the incident, although nowhere was there any objection, only on our side was that rebuke of conscience, which did not let us in peace, because we knew that from under our hands, we could not get where we were.

 

2018

The following year, we started with the event at the second edition, namely "Romania Historic Winter Rally". The competition took place between January 12-14, in extreme conditions that meant temperatures of up to -20 ° C during the day and -26 ° C at night. The strong participation of the 48 competitors and the 2 Forlighter crews, offered an impressive show, despite the low temperatures. The cars of historical importance behaved excellently and although there were a few abandonments, this did not demoralize us or those who had to resort to this, because we managed to get in touch with them, and all it did was give us all a dose of good cheer on a frosty day! But, everything could not end without meeting some of the most wonderful people in the media, Mr. Dan Străuți and the photographer Szabo Attila!

 

Soon followed the "Winter Rally Covasna" in its 11th edition, the unique competition in Romania on snow and ice, brought to the start 27 competitors. Yes, you would say that it is not a significant number, but we can say that, indeed, we did not had quantity, but we had something more important, namely quality! This event did not leave us without knowing other special people who work in Romanian motorsport, either as media creators, such as Mr. Dragoș Drăgoi or Mr. Attila Balazs; either as a co-pilot, through the person of Rareș Fetean!

 

Our next event was only in the fall, for personal reasons. Then we participated and we dedicated an entire summer to the promotion and good organization of the acceleration race "Drag Race Covasna", which was at its anniversary edition, edition number XX, which is why we decided to bring something new. Well, that's what we did, by organizing the event "Expo Show Covasna", where although we did not have a significant number of cars and the weather played tricks on us several times, we ended the day happy to see that we brought a smile to many lips. people and more than that, I made beautiful friends and received brilliant feedback!

In less than a month, however, we took part in the 18th edition of the acceleration competition in Sfântu Gheorghe, which took place on the occasion of "Sfântu-Gheorghe Sports Days".

 

We ended the year beautifully, in Comandău, with the Off-Road competition "Trophy Covasna" from November 3-4!

 

2017

Our first event in which we actively participated was the Off-Road competition "Nexxon Adventure" which took place between July 21-23, 2017. The competition consisted of a Trophy event that involved 60 km traveled by road- book in the mountains around Chiuruș village! The second and last part of the competition was the Trial test that tested the skill of the riders around the "Lőrincz Zsigmond"  ski slope in Covasna!

 

The automotive acceleration event "Drag Race Covasna" from September 3, 2017 followed. The competition brought to the start over 50 participants from the county but also from other counties, such as Brașov, Harghita, Bacău, Galați, Prahova, Buzau, Cluj and Arges!

 

The year 2017 could not end for us, without a last event: the Off-Road competition "Endurace Off-Road" around Păpăuți village and Zagon commune. There, the competitors were able to enjoy a night test, with 4.6 km timed, but with extremely difficult segments even for the most experienced of the drivers. The last day involved the "Endurace" test with the 7 km! The show was completed on the last day by the participation of the "Moto" category in the event that took place between November 25-26!
